We were placed in a room above a mechanical room which ran something most of the night. The room constantly vibrated. We tried to switch rooms but we were told they were booked up. Bathroom seemed like it was recently updated but the carpet was bad and had stains everywhere.

The rooms were very clean and we loved that there was a suite option that allowed upto 6 in a room (3 queen beds). The continental breakfast had good selections. We booked it because of its location and price and would do it again. My only discomfort was my lumpy pillow but that won't stop me from returning.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly, nice and helpful. She recommended a good place to eat dinner with my family. In my room and the hotel were clean. I felt secure being on the freeway with the security cameras and the rooms that opened into a locked hallway. I would have given five stars except for the fact that our window was unlocked when we arrived. Our room was also dark and cold. It did not take long warm up, but with the window being unlocked and it being dark inside, it was not very welcoming. The pool and hot tub, were, clean and kid friendly. The breakfast was good and convenient for us.
