Late check in time but staff very nice

Staff was great to deal with. Overall condition of the place left a lot to be desired.

Pool closed, breakfast area closed, they give you a paper bag with a few items. Energy drink, green apples, etc. Dirty carpet. Broken toilet, shower old/dingy.

I was not a fan of the full time renters of the room next to us going in and out and being loud all hours of the night. The room was sub pat at best outdated and unsanitary and the heat pump sounded like it was full of rocks every time it came on.... No access to the pool or any in house amenities and the lobby did not open until 9am. In all the facilities staff seems careless and to too the whole trip off I'm fairly certain they were smoking dope in the lobby.

The property is conveniently located and the beds were comfortable enough. Unfortunately the smell of smoke and air freshener was so overpowering. There is no breakfast due to Covid and the pool was closed due to construction. The first room we were given was locked from the inside which was alarming. The room we ended up getting smelled so that we had to sleep with the windows open and endure the traffic noise. The carpets were still stand I did not takeoff my shoes and the adjoining door between two rooms was open and unable to lock. I just put a chair in front of it and praying for the best. We are just passing through and were there just 9 hours literally just to sleep and the beds were comfortable enough,but would definitely never stay there again.

This place should be called the Bates Motel. There was so many things wrong here that I can only note the highlights! 1. They place is so old and run down that it needs to be remodeled with a wrecking ball. 2. The housekeeper stated to clean the rooms next to us and above us at 8:00 PM They played and sang loud music. 3. Someone SCREAMED for 4 hours starting at 3:00 AM 4. And did I fail to mention, the heater was so loud that it sounded like a jet airplane? Stay at your own risk!

The room was very old and run down. The wall heater was so loud, turning itself on and off every few minutes, that I couldn’t sleep. The pool was permanently closed.

It has some pretty details in the lobby but they need renovate it bad. It was dirty room. Floor was really bad. Walls had a lot of stains and didn’t want to get in the shower because it was dirty. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff was great. A little dirty but nothing terrible. Just dusty. The pool wasnt available due to construction. The whole stay was nice.

Comfortable, quiet despite proximity to hwy. Good breakfast in a sunny room with lots of options. The pool was closed for remodeling; hopefully the first step in updating the entire facility. The carpet in our room was quite dirty.

The AC was wonky so the room stayed hot all night, and the lamp outside burned with the strength of several sun's whenever the curtains got pulled back, but otherwise it was fine.

dont recall seeing anything on website about the pool being replaced and out of order. that was the only negative thing other than truck noise early in the morning.

Ok for one night stay passing through. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Semi trucks parked adjacent to the theological had engines running until 4:00AM.

Counter people are great! That's the best part of our stay. The lobby smells very bad, actually burned my throat. The worst part was the heater would cycle on and off with very little heat coming out. The room took 3 hours to heat up to a tolerable level. The obnoxious over load noise coming out of the heater was enough for me to us toilet paper to plug my ears! The bathroom door handle fell off in my hand so I had to finger tighten the screws to get out!. The shower head was broken and had a solid gush of water coming out. Every corner has built up dirt and grim, an hour of solid work cleaning up would do this room wonders. I even had to take out a spider on the wall (could happen anywhere?) We had booked for 2 nights but checked out after one and went home early. We did get a refund and an apology but at the same time were told they know of the problems and she "thinks she saw some new heating A/C units to be installed" really then why not give us a room that was livable? I am not the type to leave a bad review, I hope this helps future patrons.
