Older facility. Needs to smell fresh. Appreciated the bathroom remodel. Lighting throughout the room was a cold, utilitarian white lighting, instead of warm lighting to make one feel more at home. The lobby was uninviting with Hindu god statues - this is America, not India. Not a good feel. Front desk personnel were business like and impersonal. Breakfast was not as good as other Best Westerns we’ve stayed at. Bed was fair.

Clean room, comfy bed, easy online reservation and quick check-in and checkout. The on site restaurant served good choices of craft beers and had a full bar. The food was very good, Cobb salad and Waygu burger. The free breakfast had a great variety of choices and was fresh and hot even near the end of her serving time.

The room was ok but it had a weird smell. The man checking me in seemed to be really sleepy. When my husband went to buy some snacks from him the guy chared him $126 for $15 worth of snack. The total was $18 which seemed high for what we got and the next morning we had another charge from the hotel of $11 that we don’t know what it was for. Be careful here they try to scam you.

I had to stay in the dog parent area so not the best of rooms but perfect with dogs. Very clean room did not like the barrier free shower because it is not inclined and so it wet the entire bathroom floor. That the only bad. I have stayed here without dogs and those rooms are better and the ice maker works in the other buildings.....

Great place to stay. Well-maintained rooms and a security access door, and no direct public access. Good as the hotel is near the interstate. The pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. The restaurant and breakfast areas were clean and well-maintained with courteous staff. The room even had a balcony, which was a bonus. Excellent place to stay, and the restaurant has great food for dinner and lunch as well.

After checking in, I pulled up to park my car by my room to find an old toilet and other garbage strewn about on the lawn in front of the entrance. In the room itself, the water came out brown in the bathroom (it cleared when run for a while, but I still didn't feel comfortable showering in it or brushing my teeth with it)...and the electricity in the bathroom did not work. Normally I would have refused to stay here, but after driving for 10 hours, I was physically exhausted and decided that sleep was more important than the stress of complaining - which would either mean changing rooms or having a maintenance person drop by - both of which would have caused more stress. In the morning, there were insects crawling all over the bathroom floor. I've stayed here before and never had these extreme issues...I think it's quite obvious that I won't be back.
