Excellent.

The weekend we went was very busy and the staff was very low. The place was clean but little things were missed due to being short staffed and rushed. The guest mentality was family style and we had fun. the restaurant food was delicious and convenient

I don’t think the room had been cleaned. People kept coming and asking for clean sheets while I was checking in. There was no hot water for showers. The staff up front was nice though.

Service wasn't great. Check-in took a long time and then the key didn't work for the room. Had to go back multiple times for a new key. Finally, got a new room.

The front desk staff were outright rude, the hot tub was cold, the tv channels did not work. Room not as advertised. They do not have sofas in the room.

Listen, it is COVID and that changes everything. Clearly they are short on staff, but we all made do. Just gotta be patient. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Check-in was slow due to having only one person behind the desk, but all 6 of us in line were patient. Pool not in use due to COVID, which I understand. A previous reviewer mentioned you could hear people walking in the room above you, which is true and a bit intrusive, but could not hear voices from either above or next to room. Clearly an older facility, but a very reasonable value.

What was unique? NO ONE WAS WEARING S MASK - NOT THE FRONT DESK CLEARN SND NONE OF THE GUESTS IN THE LOBBY. I was the only person wearing a mask and they looked at me like I was the crazy one. The employee and guests were in violation of the state mask ordinance in effect inside all public spaces. This is unacceptable business practice, and just plain dangerous during a respiratory pandemic. Quality Inn needs to re-train this employee and start enforcing the mask policy.

Reserved a Queen room. When I arrived I was told the only Queen rooms available were on the freeway ride of the hotel. I paid extra to upgrade to a king room.[

This place is fine. One of their stairwells was broken, which was odd. I arrived late in the night and the room was freezing and took a long time to heat up, but I don't know if anything could be done. I was assured over the phone that the breakfast had vegan options, as I am allergic to animal protein, which is why I chose this place. The ONLY vegan option was an apple and an orange, which isn't the best breakfast. Overall the place wasn't bad. The electric car charging station is a nice touch.

The property. was under renovation and this was not noted when we made the reservation thru Orbitz. The hot tub was not available and for a ski weekend we had specifically looked for that. The room was clean, but the hallway was not and the security door did not work which we alerted the staff to. The staff were ALL super nice and accommodating - very pleasant and very helpful.

The room had a regular set of amenities, such as a nice chair, a refrigerator, etc. Also a decent coffee maker. Unfortunately, the room was cold (this was in early January) and needed to be heated, but the heater was slow to heat the room and had an annoying sound that I eventually had to shut off mid-night. Compounding that problem, there were insufficient blankets -- just a sheet, some thin blanket, and another sheet on top. I wish the sink lights had a better color to them; they were very cold (bluish), which made the user look terrible. Though there were blackout curtains, a lot of light from the outside lights bled through the edges, leaving the room relatively bright at night. Overall, I'm not sure if this was worth the price compared to other hotels in the area for similar or less price.

No hairdryer in the room! Big deal! Nice restaurant and breakfast area. Nice inner area with chairs and pool! Though we were there in middle of October and couldn’t use it!!

Renovation in progress, but did not bother us at all. Nice clean rooms, very quiet. Excellent staff and lounge/restaurant was exceptional

Restaurant was excellent I viewing the photos on the website was not impressed but the food was excellent. In checking with the front desk was informed they are working on new photos for the website as they have changed the staff. Good Choice!!

Kids loved the outdoor pool. Nice place to stay and easy access.

Good choice for a family stop over with a dog. We had a new Room and a nice outdoir opening to the back. Construction is evident with the many containers in the parking lot. Once it’s done it will be nice.

A lot of remodeling/construction going on but the room was nice.

Under renovation. With no notice. Made for a less than comfortable experience.
