Friendly and prompt service!

The hotel is very nice and affordable. Pool and hot tub were great! Our check in agent was by far the rudest person! We almost left and canceled our reservations. We felt very very unwelcome!!

Easy location to the interstate. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Nice fro t desk staff 👌

The hotel has rooms with 3 beds. Perfect for our group. Breakfast was great - waffle station, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Still provides the sample size shampoo and conditioner which is not great for the environment but clean and comfortable.

Nice place for the cost. Easy access off the freeway

Property is tired and in need of a re-do, but you get what you pay for. Traffic noise is quite loud given its proximity to I-5. Trucks using compression braking will wake you all night. Given you save $20-$30/night over other similar options, it's decent value if you bring your earplugs. Free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, but since it ends at 9am and is in such a small space it was packed with folks trying to eat at the same time and wandering around looking for a free seat to open up. It was a madhouse, and you'd really need to be desperate to try and take advantage of that.

Nice staff. Decent breakfast.

Impressed with the breakfast. Good biscuits and gravy!

Very nice, clean and comfortable

Rooms were good. Common areas need updating.

good nights rest

Traveling with family and going to Utah, thank goodness I found this hotel because is family friendly, nice people, great breakfast, and close to gas station and grocery outlet.

The property was ok. The building is certainly dated and there is nothing spectacular about the hotel. It was also pet friendly which we weren’t aware until we checked in. Several people had their dogs with them. We heard barking a few times but overall the Ouse level was acceptable. The only complaint was there is no elevator and we have a daughter in a wheelchair. Check in was super slow and by the time we got our key cards we realized we were on the 2nd floor but it was not accessible. They changed our room to the first floor but the room wasn’t yet cleaned and ready so we had to wait.

Excellent breakfast.

Canceled my other hotel solely because this hotel offered 3 queen beds. Other hotel would have cost me 75. We leave for our vacation. I call to make sure they know we will be getting in very late but are still coming. They say no problem and charge my card over the phone for the price of a 3 queen room. We pull in at midnight. They tell me they only have a 2 queen room available. I advise of my booking and have to show them proof. Lady there said there's nothing I can do we are fully booked. You can go to a different hotel if you want. I say ok, just give us a 2 queen room. (It was midnight after a long drive with a family of five) They pull in a very uncomfortable and stained cot to try to make up for it. Lady working says it isn't the first time the guy has done this. lady told me she won't do any reprimand because (and I quote) "she needs workers". They do not offer any type of discount and charge my card a second time for a 2 queen room. Finally, my husband writes a review and all the company replies is, we have to have a valid card on file to garuantee a room saved. Basically stating it's our fault. Ok, how did they charge my card initially for a 3 queen room if the card was not in file???? Dirty hotel, bad service. They simply do not care.

Parking was close to our room, and the room with bed, tv and bathroom were comfortable. It was no fault of the hotel, but because of the Covid-19 virus the indoor pool and hot tub and the previous breakfast amenities were not allowed.
