Whether you're sipping morning coffee with the shoreline stretching out before you or heading off to explore on your included golf cart, every part of your stay here is built around ease and enjoyment.

The space
The interior reflects a care for detail that goes well beyond the standard vacation rental. Mahogany hand-scraped hardwood floors run underfoot, and the walls meet imported 15th-century reclaimed limestone from Corsica - materials that give the space a warmth and character you won't find in a generic condo. The open-concept layout keeps things spacious and sociable, with the living area flowing naturally toward the balcony.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is set up around a Cariloha king mattress dressed in luxury linens, designed for the kind of deep, restorative sleep that island air tends to bring. A king-sized sofa sleeper in the living area comfortably accommodates additional guests, bringing the condo's total capacity to 4.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker stocked with Starbucks capsules, a blender, toaster, baking sheet, and a full set of barbecue utensils mean you have everything you need to cook and dine in style. Wine glasses, a dining table, and all the essentials are ready to go.

Outdoor living
Step out onto the ocean-facing balcony and you'll find a dining set and a BBQ grill waiting, with Catalina's palm-lined shoreline as the backdrop. It's the kind of spot that makes it very hard to go back inside. The condo also has access to a hot tub on the property.

Getting around
A 2020 EZGO electric golf cart is included with your stay - the quintessential way to move around Avalon. Free parking on the premises and an EV charger are also available for guests who arrive with their own vehicle.

Practical details
The condo is equipped with ceiling fans, portable fans, and heating to keep you comfortable across seasons. A washer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage cover laundry and wardrobe needs. The property has exterior security cameras in common areas, a front door camera, a patio camera, and a fire extinguisher on site. Please note: there is no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector in the unit. Wi-Fi is included throughout.
