Lady Bird Lake Trail Guest House - Holly - Weekly Discount

This apartment is above our garage, detached from the main house where we live. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is directly in front of the house. You are welcome to borrow bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, and use the pool (if the main house is not rented). The main house tends to rent only weekends during the high season.
Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees and see countless species of birds, especially Monk parakeets. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2 car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, and butcher block counter tops.
It's tight for 3 or 4 people.
One block from Launderette restaurant and a quick stroll to the best East Austin restaurants, bars and breakfast tacos in all of Austin. Our neighborhood is a foodie's dream.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Cute place, as advertised with amenities, and really sweet host. Sarah asked several times if there was anything we needed and we did borrow bicycles two days in a row. Only minor complaints: The parking is very tight for large vehicle, alley leading up to parking space also very tight and rutty. Loft head room is also very minimal with all the roof angles. But we managed and had a fun stay even with some inclement weather the first couple days. Good location for access to lake and greenway, as well as city and airport. Thank you, Sarah!

Great place to stay!

We loved this cute bungalow. Would definitely book it again if we return to Austin. Sarah includes all of the essential items plus there was tea and coffee for the morning. The location is close to downtown and was about a 10 min (if that) uber ride away. The neighborhood was quiet and would say trendy, and up and coming.

So lovely, quiet with a perfect, private location

For our short stay to visit family in Austin, we found the perfect spot. It was so welcoming and perfectly set up with all of the essentials. Location right by Ladybird paths and very close to all of the best restaurants east of Austin--but truly close to everything! Love it and hope to return again. Comfortable, super clean, stylish and up high with the trees! Love the little deck and quiet evenings!
