The room has smok smell. I reserved non-smoking room. There is no hair dryer. The stairs has a lot of sand. The advantage is cheap. 24 hours has a person in the front desk. We only had a small window to communicate with the staffs. The door is locked in the check-in office. They seemed to prevent the crimes or robbery.

It was just very unclean and unkept. There was a lot of telltale signs that this is a spot where a lot of illegal activity occurs. Nothing too crazy where you have to be scared of, but I would say just keep your head down and don’t try to be too friendly.

Office has bars on the windows and they make you leave a deposit for the tv remote control, which they hand you when you check in. I left 4 hours after checking in due to feeling completely unsafe due to fighting outside of my room. Property refused to refund me and I had to speak to a supervisor at Expedia to finally get it but from Expedia not the property. This place should be condemned and/or not listed on the Expedia website.

This property looked very shady. It had bars on all the windows and you could not go into the lobby. The lobby was locked up tight and they helped you through a tiny little slit in a window. They charge a $10 deposit for the room key and the tv remote (which the tv did not work anyways). However, all the staff at the location were fabulous and very friendly.

Yes the staff was lacking. I paid for a prior reservation through another company and they didn't honor my reservation. I understand it was a new person working yet they should have made some type of accommodations for me after the fact but didn't.
