Those looking for a quiet location in South Austin, this is your location. City center is a fifteen minute drive and this home is ideal for your stay.

Clean, Kind, Easy Stay

My stay was easy to book and access. The host was kind and responsive. The house was clean, organized, and well-stocked with essentials. I saw pretty much all you could need and more in the kitchen, except maybe a cookie sheet. There were even small details like complimentary snacks, spare spray deodorant under the bathroom cabinet and extra towels when I forgot mine at home! Lovely backyard space. There were a few hornets I saw, but that is natural, and I left them alone so no issues from them/no visible hive or anything like that. Everything in the yard and home was well maintained- I had no issues with my stay but I'm sure the host would've been responsive if I had to message her about it. Home looked as it did online.I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great location and comfortable

There were 7 of us in the family and the house accomodated all of our needs. we enjoyed the back yard and the deck. The beds were great and there was plenty fo room for all of us to be comfortable. We appreciated the items in the kitchen like oil and spices and the tea and coffee and the drinks that were left for us.Thanks for a great experience Lydia

Very comfortable and clean property!

We stayed 3 nights [4 adults and one child], and had plenty of room in this comfortable and clean home. The location in South Austin was good for us, as we were spending time in the southwest part of Travis and Hayes Counties. The host was very responsive to questions and clear about the check in process. Thank you from us all!

Great Central Location

The landlord was very responsive and there was only one small glitch with a leaking coffee maker. We were able to buy one at Target and the landlord quickly reimbursed us via Venmo.The house was clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. The quiet South Austin neighborhood was perfect. We were within 15 minutes of Zilker Park and downtown Austin.We had a great visit.

Loved our stay! Great location and looked exactly as pictured. Very spacious and felt like home. Exactly what we needed and felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Host is very accommodating and communicative. The only difficult part was the master bedroom TV - issues with disconnecting from Roku but very minor since we werent there the whole time and I am sure we couldve messaged to ask if really needed it but it was late so we didnt bother. Exactly what we needed and close to wbere we needed to be. Simple check in/out. Thanks!

Convenient

Just like in the photos. Nice neighborhood, within a few miles from everything we wanted to do. Convenient location. Arrived a little early and was able to check in. Excellent communication with the host. Living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable but everything else was fine. Even a garage to park in. Would stay again.

Lovely Neighborhood, comfy and cozy space

My daughter and I use VRBO often and we have had some not so great experiences. This stay went above and beyond what we expected. The house was clean, comfortable, and was stocked with everything we needed and then some. It was a safe neighborhood and close to everything, including the airport and downtown. The host was great at communication and helped me out with an extended stay. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Austin Stay

We had a great time staying at Lydia’s place. It was by far the most stocked rental we have ever been to, with anything you may need but don’t always think to bring! The location was perfect for what we wanted, close to downtown while also being near our family we were visiting. I would highly recommend this home!

Exactly What We Needed

The house was perfectly located to everywhere we went and had all the amenities we needed. There was a garage for our rental car, separate bathrooms for our family members, a comfortable place to hang out and watch tv, fabulous A/C, and bottles of water & snacks provided for us. We had an excellent experience staying there and would stay there again when we return to Austin.
