Check in process was poor - door to the front desk (if there ever was one) was locked - waited a few minutes for a guy to come to the window asking for my id. He then disappeared for about 10 minutes while we waited outside in an area that did not seem very safe. The attendant then asked us to walked around the building to enter through a side door where a person smoking weed entered the facility through tailgating us. It's worth to pay the 30% more to not stay at a Super 8 (at least not this one) in the future.

I never stayed there and I'm going to sue Super 8 by Wyndham and Hotels.com for taking my money on a booking I did not make!!!!!! I will let all of my 6,000+ followers know how you all extort poor people!!!!! I'm not going away so someone need to refund my money ASAP!!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!! The staff was very helpful. Since I requested a smoking room and all those were on the 3rd floor. This property had no elevator and since I have a handicap and cannot use stairs they opened a 1st floor room to allow me to smoke in.
