I really enjoyed the hotel. Clean quiet and a comfortable bed. I usually can't fall asleep in hotels because of the hard mattress, but I had no problem. There is no free breakfast, but the is an on-site bistro. (I picked the hotel for that reason). The food was great!! Will definitely stay here again.
We got in close to midnight and first we were stopped by a man asking for money in the parking lot, then we checked in our room and the air/heat unit was broken. The highlight was an employee named Tammy bringing a stand alone fan that was perfect. She also offered to get us another room but we declined. She’s a great asset to the other friendly staff.
Lovely place to stay. Breakfast is not included though so if that's important to you take note. The rooms are very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable.
I only stayed one night here, but the pillows and bed were so comfortable that it was the best night's sleep I've had in a week of travel. There's no elevator here, but it's only two stories. I enjoyed a drink in the lobby lounge before retiring for the night. I didn't have time to utilize the rest of the facilities, but I enjoyed my stay and it suited my purpose.
The room was clean and all of the staff--front desk, cafe and housekeeping--were very friendly. I would stay here again. The room was quiet. Internet connection (free) was very fast. Small detail, but they don't provide any lotion (only shampoo, conditioner, and soap).
We had an enjoyable time in Augusta. We went to the riverwalk and the Art in the Heart. There is many stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We would stay in this hotel anytime we're in town.
I was in town for a wedding I was in and this hotel was in the perfect proximity to all of the functions. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. This hotel was close to the interstate and a lot of different restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

room was hot when i arrived i turned AC to full cold after 1hr room was still hot called for service, maintance came and said he fixed it. 1 hr later room was still hot, called again same thing called 3rd time same thing fouth time i demanded another room finnally got it but it was no cooler than the last room. i complained in morning was told they would fix it.When i got back that evening still not fixed. very poor service!!!
We were at the hotel very little...slept and used the pool briefly. Breakfast was good, but not complimentary except by pointing out Orbitz reservation documentation.
Nice comfortable room,good location,plenty of resturants near by.Balcony had a bag of half eaten fast food trash.Breakfast definately not included,we thought that it was,$45.00 later,we should have went to Cracker Barrel.Ask before you eat.
