When I got there the guy said he couldn’t find my reservation anywhere after leaving me standing outside downtown by myself for 10 minutes, then “found” it while still leaving me outside. The room was clean on the surface. Fridge and telephone didn’t work. I got what I paid for I guess.
Staff was friendly, rooms reasonably clean. Continental breakfast a bit of a joke, three types of cereal, a couple slices of bread to toast, and this was early. Thought it was walking distance to the entertainment complex, but too far for us. Still just off Broad street and close to some dining and shopping.
Basic amenities. Mini fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, tv. Noisy environment. Excellent surveillance and visible police presence
It was just old and dirty The door handle didn't function properly The vanity was a sliced up liked it had been used as a cutting board They offered powdered shampoo and the shower didn't drain All in all a very disappointing place to stay while paying top dolllar
