The staff was kind but the room was very rough. The floor of the bathroom was cracked and there were small bugs crawling on it that would scurry into cracks when the light turned on. The AC unit was falling apart but still put out cold air. The hotel really needs a major face lift.

First off the property is hideous. We were told there was a continental breakfast and neither day we where there no continental breakfast at all. Secondly no Iron in the room. When we asked he said that people keep stealing them so he had no Irons Available. Thirdly the blow dryer that is mounted by the bathroom sink was bashed and broken when we arrived. The TV in the room didn’t work at first so they have us a remote when we checked in and had to keep replacing until TV cut on. Total stay was terrible. I would not recommend.

The front desk staff were very nice, but unable to check me in at first due to wifi issues that were being worked on at the time. I came back 30 minutes later as asked to do and they got me in a room, but couldn't provide a key due to the same wifi issues. I was told someone would let me in the room. When I went to the room, 3 cleaners were congregating in the small hallway. They opened my room for me to find a used tissue on the floor by the bed, the toilet filled with toilet paper and it could not flush, stains (hoping theyre stains and not just unwashed) on washcloth, perfume bottle and trash beyind night stand, black specks on bed, 1 pillow stained and without a pillow case, dirt in corners of room and carpet.... juat generally did not look lile ot had been cleaned at all. I was in a rush and had to drop my belongings off and head out to my worl engagement so I did not speak to staff about this immediately. I will not be back until late in the night and Im dreading going to sleep in this place. Would not recommend. Will be booking a 2nd night somewhere else.

The room was very nice and we did have a some what relaxing night. We couldnt fivhre out how to get the shower to turn on at first, check in was easy and the man was very nice. The only complaint i have is the people either above or behind us were loud and banging Till around midnight. And i had to hop out the jetted tub which is the main reason i got the room pretty quickly and reshower due to the fact of when the jets turned on a bunch of brown flakes blew into my clean water.

The room was comfortable but not the cleanest. I found roaches in the room and the carpet was clearly dirty. There is a weird smell in the hotel and poor ventilation. It is closed to gate 1 of fort Gordon which is very convenient. The pictures look much better than the room itself. I will say the staff is super friendly and very welcoming.

Nice room, but….

Noisy bed and noisy walls. The first night, I couldn’t sleep because it sounded like some idiot decided to play basketball all night in the room right above me. I complained to the front desk at about 4am. He said he didn’t hear anything, but would report it to the manager. It got better, but it was still quite noisy

This place smelled of pot throughout the hotel! It’s noisy at night time with people in/out of the rooms & constant knocking like there’s some kind of transactions going on. Its pretty ghetto. I will never stay at this place or another Econolodge. You get what you pay for I guess. But we had limited options available w/ last minute booking. Even my kid covered his bed w/ his own blanket we brought for our trip.
