"No coffee maker or anything. Only 1 piece of bar soap. Not even a shampoo or conditioner. And the appliances needed an upgrade. Tv stand and tables with peeling covers already. And the bathroom could use an upgrade too."

"If I could give the front desk a "0" star they wouldn't deserve that. At check in the desk clerk was super Unfriendly and not helpful. When we get to my room we discovered there was only one towel thus causing us to call the front desk to request more towels only to be told that 'I would have to come down to get them". We wanted to clean up before going to dinner. I asked for a manager in regards to that and other issues only to be told no management person would be available until the next day (I called down at 3:30pm). At check out I asked for my receipt and was told the "3rd party gave it upon making my reservation" I responded, "but your hotel placed a hold on my card and charged for Parking which wasn't charged when the reservation was made". The desk clerk said she could not provide a receipt. The ONLY helpful person at this establishment was Rhonda, at breakfast. I would NOT recommend this hotel, spend a couple of extra dollars and stay at one of the MANY other reputable hotels in the area, there are plenty to choose from."
