The hotel looked nice from afar, as did the lobby. The staff were very nice. The room felt damp to include the carpet, the sheets, and the towels. The pool looked like it had a layer of scum or something on top of it. While it was very nice at first glance, further looks revealed that it was aging or not very well taken care of. Breakfast was good, but mainly what would be expected from a continental breakfast.

Sink was full of dirty water when I got there. They mi ed me to another room. Tv didn’t work but did not fix it until next day. Then they didn’t leave a remote so couldn’t turn tv on or off or change channels.

Stay was ok but why on earth would u not have elevators! Makes it difficult for some who maybe handicapped to have a room besides on a 1st floor!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. I booked through Hotel.com and recieved 2 full beds after paying for 2 queens. This happens more than it doesn't. The hotel staff was apologizetic but said there was nothing the could do because they were booked full.
