I stay in this hotel before its a nice hotel for the price very close to the centro and quiet. But this time the chk in took long almost 35 minutes and only 2 people checking in. I never got my VIPS. And the workers a little rude.

Very modern. However, wall were full of red salsa stains next to the bed on the suite. TV dont work and rooms are lacking a safe for your belongins. Bathrooms are small even on the suite. Other than that is decent.

Nice hotel and great location! Walking distance to many great places. The man in the front desk at night was the nicest! The day crew wasn’t so welcoming.

When visiting Guadalajara, i love staying here. Walking distance to the historic downtown area. I always recommend Hotel Morales to friends and family.
