4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was nicely renovated and the view of the bay was nice. Unfortunately as soon as we turned the lights on we saw several roaches. Went to the desk and they did relocate us. Our booking was 3 days and housekeeping didn’t come to the room at all the entire stay. I don’t live like that at home with unmade beds and trash. I certainly don’t expect that while traveling. The property felt like a ghost town casino. Harrah’s needs to do better.
