I called the hotel yesterday to add my husband’s name to the reservation and when he tried to check in today they refused to let him check in because I was not with him. Then they told him he could check in if he agreed to take a king room instead of double room which is what I reserved. So they lied about not letting him check in and did a bait and switch.

It was pretty frustrating showing up for the check in of a prepaid room (king bed), only to find out the hotel was out of the type of room I selected and they wanted to give me the cheaper room (queen bed) at the higher price I already paid for my selected room!

Room wasn't like the pictures. Really outdated rooms. My stay in September was really nice 9 out of 10. December the 6 stay was really bad a 3 out of 10.

I had slight issues with my room but the hotel staff was quick with moving me and making sure I was comfortable with my room. The casino was lively and very fun my only complaint is when you order a drink through the machine they take awhile yo bring it or never bring it.
This chicken was sooooo good it’s from the restaurant right across from check in and they stay open late
