Room wasn’t ready at check-in had to wait till almost 8pm to get a room we didn’t book. Hotel overbooked us. Then I had a maid walk into my room to clean it the day of checkout at 930am when checkout was 11am while I was on the toilet. Very bad experience and I will not book with this hotel again in the future.

I love staying at the Harrahs Resort. Easy check in. They let me check in early at 1pm. Checking in early is based on availability of course, but I am happy they let me. Restaurants on site, casino is nice. I went to the spa, I took my mom for Mother’s Day. Easy check in there, my massage was amazing ask for Fatima! The other amenities were nice there. There is a small relaxation room, sauna, steam room ( was out of order when I went ), and a jacuzzi. We got free pool passes to go to the pool, must be 18 and older. My mom couldn’t get in cause her id was expired, so make sure you id it up to date. Highly recommend this resort to stay at.

My reservation got rescheduled to a different hotel and the team at Harrahs couldn’t offer us any rooms due to a maintenance issue. They were very cold and abrupt about it. I was only told when I had arrived which was very inconvenient for us.
