Was a little nervous to still book because of the mix reviews, but my stay overall was great. Although it was not up to date Hyatt like im used to in other areas, the specialty room i booked was very clean; smelled clean and everything operating nicely. fitness room had the essential equipments needed and all staff members were very nice and accommodating.The breakfast just was ok. The English muffins i had were molded the first day. Scrambled Eggs was not really what im used to but they were still ok. I liked that you could make the waffles fresh. The boiled eggs almost seem frozen.However The hotel is in an area that has a bunch of restaurants and shopping close by which was perfect.

Staff was extremely nice, breakfast was tasty and hot, room was very clean. The only thing I would say negative about the room is, I dont understand why they put the toilet so close to the shower when there was a ton of room between the toilet and toilet paper roll on the wall

There was no food out. When food was made, there were no eggs. Door handle on bathroom fell off, towels kept in shower making them wet, no carts to take things up. Staff was great!
