What I like about the property that every staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean the beds were very clean the only thing that I did not like that it did not have a pop machine or a chip machine and a lot what I like about in the morning you can get up and go down and get you some breakfast

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly. The holding charge wasn’t clearly defined so that was a surprise. Also not a lot of food around the hotel.

We were looking for the sign to say the Brookhaven hotel, not realizing it was formally the Doubletree.The signs were covered and we assumed it wouldn’t be as pictured but to our surprise it was. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again. It was well kept. Clean throughout the building and they serve grits. Grits is a major win for me!!! The gym was a blessing too. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary!!!! The ladies at the front desk and the breakfast cooks are an asset. From Check-in to Check-out the experience was great. Thank you The Brookhaven Hotel and see you soon. The Hot water lady.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! The AC was completely broken in our room during a heat wave! Some technician came up shined a red light on our vent and left saying "You're good" BUT IT WAS STILL ALMOST 80 IN THERE. We checked out same night. I'm almost certain I saw prostitution as well happening. On top of all of that the hotel was FILTHY

Catfishing hotel

the pictures of the suite were very different that were shown in the site, the rooms had stains all over the carpet floors, the ac in the rooms didn’t work and when we asked if they could fix it they sent someone up who fidgeted with the ac controls for maybe 5 minutes then told us it was fixed but it wasn’t as the temperature in my room stayed at 78 degrees. Only one elevator was truly work as one didn’t work at all and the other one work randomly stop working on floors. If your looking for a place to stay i wouldn’t recommend this place, we booked a room for two night and we ended up leaving the same day we got there it was that bad we didn’t want to stay at all. Of your looking for a place to stay i wouldn’t take the cheaper alternative GO WITH THE HILTON!

The ac was broken in both rooms my dad had a seizure from being too hot. The toilets were stopped up and no one ever answered the phone. Would not go back to this hotel!!

Property overall was great, staff was amazing!! We did have to leave unfortunately due to the ac not working in the two rooms we were put in, but the front desk was so accommodating and helpful. Also the restaurant in the hotel was amazing.

The staff were overall rude. When we talked to them about leaving early, they completely shut down anything that we said and were not helpful. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work and when we arrived there was a broken window that they then charged us for when we checked out of the hotel. One of the elevators was malfunctioning and instead of turning off the elevator, they left it going and the doors would open and reopen at least 3 times on each floor before moving.
