The apartament is in great location, across from the UGA campus. Also right where the shopping, dining and entertainment is. The check in was very smooth and the customer service very kind and helpful when we wanted to arrive at the premises a little earlier. The apartment was very clean, spacious and the kitchen well equipped. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Construction

This is an easily accessible unit in the best location. You really can't beat the location. I only wish we knew about the massive construction of the new Drake building 5 -10 feet next to the unit. They start construction between 6:30-7 am, which was constant until about 3:30/4 pm, even on Saturday - constant sawing, drilling, hammering along with the crew yelling to each other. I couldn't open the bedroom curtain, because you can make eye contact with the workers - it's that close. Sunday was the only quiet day. If you're not planning to spend much of the day in the unit, it is a great place, just be prepared for an early wake-up from the construction noise. Listing also mentions a microwave in the unit - there is not one.
