Broc was extremely professional and had excellent customer service. He also was very educated about the area and gave many dining suggestions. We went to one and it didn’t disappoint. When back in the area, we will stay here.

The receptionist didn't even check my ID when i said I had a reservation. It was my son and myself. Both beds were hard as a rock with stained sheets that had burn holes in them, only one towel in the bathroom.

The image on thumbnail representing the property is only the lobby and the majority of the rooms are hidden behind it. I thought they had renovated the old property when I saw this picture but nope. Insects parts on bathroom floor from recently squished bug. The shower didn’t work. The handle to turn on the water was busted. Fun thing to discover in the morning. Brought it to the attention of front desk attendee, response was “that sucks, sorry man.”

This was the only reasonably priced option I could find in Athens this weekend. It was extremely average on all dimensions. I was traveling alone, so it was fine for me as a solo man. But my wife would not have liked the property and I’m glad she wasn’t with me. It just needs a total makeover from the rooms, to the parking, to the lobby, and some amenities.

The toilet paper and towel holders are hanging off the walls. The towels were stained ( we pray they were clean) there was fingernail trimmings on bathroom floor. Pillows stained. Drops of something on the walls.

My socks were black from the floor about 10 minutes after we walked in. They have rooms in a newly built tower (I assume look like photos online) but if you get put in the older rooms, they are pretty bad. Breakfast was decent - good coffee and they bring in Chik-fila biscuits.
