And, you're only 10 minutes to the heart of downtown Asheville.

The home boasts new and upscale furnishings throughout. The kitchen offers state of the art stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and appliances needed for creating wonderful meals, all while enjoying each other.The main living room features a gas fireplace with a large-screen Smart TV and comfortable seating. The nearby dining area offers a large dining table, and the chef-friendly kitchen with plenty of prep area, for folks to drink, eat or just hangout together.

The bedrooms afford privacy and very comfortable sleeping. The home affords free WiFi and Smart TV's in all living areas and bedrooms. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Our extended family enjoyed a great stay. It was an added bonus to have seperate bathrooms for every bedroom. Very clean, comfortable and only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Asheville. I will definetly stay here on future visits.

Cutest luxury rental

A group of 7 of us stayed here for a friend's wedding in Weaverville. We wanted to be to close to downtown and close to the wedding venue and this was the perfect spot!! It was very clean and the checking in and out process was seamless. We loved that everyone had a king bed and a private bathroom and easy parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 7 women stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful relaxing time together. Plenty of bedrooms and spaces to hang out. Everyone loved the long kitchen table where we enjoyed our meals and played games. Ward siblings holiday gathering!

4 sibs and some spouses from NY, Ohio, VA and SC enjoyed the region to celebrate the pre-holidays. The Sunnyside House was great, we loved the Biltmore all decked out for Christmas, we enjoyed a sunset dinner and wandering around The Gove Park Inn, and we took the Asheville walking tour (a bit confusing but ok). Of course good food, visiting and Mexican Train Dominos. Thanks for the good time!
