The place was clean, bed comfortable, and quiet. Getting down to it could be challenging for anyone not able to climb stairs very well as the stairs were a little uneven. It is small so the only chairs are the ones at the table. My wife and I would have enjoyed some chairs on the deck outside so we could have enjoyed coffee or wine should we have wanted to. If you are looking for a comfortable place to lay your head and nothing extra, this is the place. It is exactly what it is designed to be.

This property is in an EXCELLENT location for Biltmore visitors and downtown explorers. It was just big enough for my husband and I and had just enough amenities to be comfortable. We appreciated the warm personal welcome from the owners and the thoughtful touches in the rental (like really good toilet paper - so nice). If you’re like we are and tend toward being out exploring more than you are inside, you’ll love this place! Thanks Becky and Matt (and Magnolia!) for an excellent experience!

Room was good.. minus no kitchen sink. Didn't realize that in the pictures... also, TERRIBLE walk down to venue. Wasn't notified ahead of time... nobody elderly or injured should book this place.

The perfect little space for a couple days in Asheville! The room had everything I needed for my stay, felt super cozy and homey, and the location was ideal.
