This hotel was a last minute “find” on my trip and it was wonderful! It was very clean with comfortable beds -and linens. The towels were oversized and fluffy. And the breakfast was excellent with loads of options. It was located next to a grocery store, had lots of restaurants nearby and the Tanger Outlets. W definitely recommend it and will stay here again when I’m in the area. Definitely a 5-Star rating from me!

It was fine.

It was just....fine. The room was sparsely decorated and furnished. Check in was a little delayed due to a technical issue. Everything was at least clean. Would I go back, maybe, but I've experienced better in the same price range. Breakfast staff were very pleasant.

Front desk staff is awesome, especially Claudia. My room was clean and the facility is well maintained. Beds are super comfy. Parking is an issue here if you arrive late evening. Spaces are limited and U-turns are a challenge in the parking lot. The building fire alarm went off on two of the six days I was there. The first time it continued until the fire department came to shut it off. I think I'll stay elsewhere next time I'm in town.

Terrible parking lot

They did not have a big enough parking lot for anyone pulling a trailer. The nice i was in the parking lot I couldn’t turn around. What a terrible design. Breakfast was pretty good though.

Shower broken, small parking lot

The shower was broken and we didn’t know it until early the morning we checked out when we went to take a shower. So there was no tie to report it and have it fixed. Parking lot was small and tight for larger SUVs. Lack of flexibility for early check-in and there was a charge to do so.

Hotel was nice and staff was great, parking tho stunk. They have EXACTLY enough parking for the rooms available and some of those spaces are next to shurbs and trees and if thats the spot you get you have to get out the other side of the vehicle. Other than the parking the hotel was very exceptional

First time staying at a Country Inn&Suites. Location was perfect for our layover on our way to Charleston area. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked Bed was very comfortable. Quick drive into downtown Asheville for dinner and sightseeing Would definitely stay again if I found myself in the area

EXCELLENT! We stayed nearby last two visits but decided on the Country Inn this time in Asheville due to reviews and the value compared to the Hampton Inn. Hotel lives up to the high reviews - excellent/friendly staff and breakfast on par with any hotels in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
