2 bedrooms with double beds 160x200cm, plenty of storage.
1 bathroom with bath, heated towel rail and washing machine
1 separate wc.
Located 100 m from the lake and the bike path and a 3-minute walk from the historic center of the old town of Annecy.
You will have a closed garage in the basement.
