Located at the entrance of the centre of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops. You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass on the edge of the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.
In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and for up to 4 people, on the 1st floor with elevator.
The room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm and plenty of storage The living room has a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The apartment is also equippe high-speed WiFi The bathroom has a bath and the toilet are separate. Linen will be provided for your stay.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Appartement avec de très belles prestations mais mal entretenu c’est bien dommage !
Ménage qui laisse à désirer
Volet électrique défectueux
Distributeur de savon dans les toilettes et dans la salle de bain vides
Terrasse laissée à l’abandon avec des pots de fleurs non arrosés depuis bien longtemps et une végétation complètement sèche
Toiles d’araignées de toutes parts
Pas de parking alors que les places sont chères et rares à cet endroit proche du centre
Avec un bon entretien cet appartement serait top!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, nous avons être très bien accueilli par Nicolas,
Tout est bien présent dans l’appartement qui est décoré avec soins.
Très proche du lac d’Annecy, nous avons tout pu faire à pied.

Un très bel appartement, au calme, à moins de 10 mn de marche du lac et du centre-ville. Très propre, bien équipé et décoré. Petite terrasse appréciable.
Le seul point négatif est le stationnement, impossible de se garer sur place, il faut garer la voiture sur un parking payant et marcher 10 mn. Peut-être également prévoir quelques dosettes de café à disposition.
