This was a wonderful stay. The cottage was comfortable, clean, and so well decorated. There was nothing we needed that was not already there - from an iron to extra towels. The courtyard is idealic and allowed us to invite friends to visit for some wine and good company. It felt like we were transported to a French chateau.

We've stayed in many VRBOs across the country and this was certainly one of the best. Great location close to the Westin and a 15 minute walk to the marinas and US Naval Academy. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Parking was easy as there is some on-street parking in front of the residence with a lightly used, safe, inexpensive parking garage across the street. The place itself is super-cute with a Naval/Military theme and lots of interesting items and photos. The bed is a California King with a medium-firm to firm mattress similar to a Tempur-Pedic. Lots of available pillows and towels. The kitchen was very well appointed with just about anything you would want. In back, there's a nice sitting area with a grill that appeared to be in good shape. Only caution is there are many decorative items in the home and it may be quite tempting for young children. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We'd definitely stay here again next time we visit Annapolis. Thanks to the owners for offering such a nice place.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 10 nights as we visited Annapolis! The home is meticulously decorated and furnished and includes an upstairs BR/bath along with a downstairs dining area, desk if you need to WFH, and a relaxing outdoor area. Lauren and Andrew have added personal decor to the home to celebrate and honor Naval service. Well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The home is walkable to several restaurants, the post office, Ego Alley, USNA, and the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Included washer/dryer was helpful during our extended stay. Street parking is limited, but there is a convenient parking garage right across the street w/daily/monthly rates. Check-in process was easy and Lauren and Andrew were helpful and communicative hosts.

The house was in a great location, exceptionally clean, and well-stocked with everything needed. The beautiful patio and stylish kitchen enhanced the stay. We had a memorable and refreshing time during USNA PPW, especially our Plebe. The home felt like a cozy museum, adding to the experience. Communication was easy, and Lauren provided excellent care. No issues during the stay, and we plan to return.

My wife and I visited Annapolis to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we could NOT have asked for a better 'home base' while we explored Annapolis.We kept remarking throughout our stay that the place was just perfect. Well appointed, immaculate, comfortable, the right size, and an easy place to hang before our next event, as well as a nice place to come back to.Lauren was super responsive and kindly extended her well wishes for our anniversary, which was a much appreciated nice touch.We look forward to our next visit!

This is a true standout of a place to stay... and reminds me why I choose VRBO over hotels. The character, charm and coziness of this place was top notch. Not only is this place decorated so well (nostalgic and local), the bed was amazingly comfortable! The location was perfect for us, and the parking was very reasonable. We would be lucky to stay here again!

Great stay in Annapolis!

The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood down to the water, wandering around Annapolis, and attending USNA events. The location was excellent for day trips to the Eastern shore and Frederick.

Home away from Home

Fabulous little house close to everything. The hosts did a wonderful job of providing all the necessities we needed during our stay. The house was recently renovated and the owners thought of every detail and great use of space! Would recommend this rental for future travelers.

The Captain's Quarters did not disappoint

This property is lovely, such a nicely renovated home. We were there for a USNA reunion and it was perfectly located for walking to everything. The memorabilia in the house is fun to examine, and the house is such efficient use of space. We loved it and hope to be back!
