I like the location of the Hotel. It was located in a safe area and very close to popular areas for shopping, dining, transport, etc. My room decorated very well and it was very clean. But there were some noise coming from water pipes in the bathroom in the nights, also some unpleasant smell after the shower. Hair dryer was not working properly. Staff was helpful but they seemed unhappy or unsatisfied, particularly the staff working in the breakfast/cafe area. No smiling at all. But they were still very helpful and kind when you ask something.

Beautiful facility needs renovation

The personell was amazing however the bed was broken and the toilet did not flush at times. The bathroom was quite clean although there were some stains on the sheets. Location was also great.

Location is great, but the facility needs a facelift. Pıllows need to be renewed, hooks and hangers ( and a space for them) are needed. The shower floor is badly sloped.it collects water up to your ankles which feels icky ☹️ The breakfast was better than we expected.

Cinnah rocks

Hotel is in good vicinity, but some how staff is a little bit rude, that's what I feel, a language barrier, most of the staff only speaks turkish, which we don't. Breakfast is good. The one thing I love the name of the hotel i:e Cinnah and Cinnah caddesi, Jinnah is the founder of Pakistan, it's a proud moment for me that the whole street name after him.
