The staff were very helpful. They used Google translate to help with communication. Hotel was very clean. Only issue was that it was located in an area where the bars/restaurants were open late so there was a lot of street noise. Not the hotel's fault but if you want a quiet hotel, this is not the place. Otherwise, it was very nice.

The receptionist was really kind, helping us even though we arrived almost at 2am. He even helped us bringing upstairs our bags. Our room was a little smaller than we had expected, but it was clean and staff were very friendly. The area around the hotel was vibrant and felt safe. Public transportation was nearby, but a 50 minute walk would get you to many sites.

Great location!

Crazy location, seconds away from restaurants, pubs, and entertainment. The hotel and staff are nice. There is no sound insulation. I could hear the TV in the next room through the wall. The door doesn't provide a very good sound barrier. Doors kept slamming shut. Overall, it was a great stay.

The hotel team was great but the hotel itself was ok. The location is busy and loud. There was a construction going on next door which added to the noise and we could not even open our curtains as there were guys working right across from us all days long.
