Smooth sailing

This is our second time staying here for our Disney trip. We did not have a vehicle so we didn’t have to worry about parking. It’s a 10 minute walk to the security checkpoint. The sidewalks are well lit and I felt self walking at night with my two boys. Breakfast and coffee bar downstairs are perfect for a quick grab and go before a long day at the park. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Beds are super comfy. I am sure I will be staying here again.

They had our suite ready earlier than our original check in time which was great! They provided all the necessary information to know our way around the Hotel. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and room service was great. They would come in and make the beds and give us fresh towels. Thank you so much!

This is a nice play to stay if you don’t plan on walking to Disneyland. It’s much further than multiple other hotels. There is NO FREE BREAKFAST. Do not go to Mimi’s restaurant. The service and food are terrible. The blueberry muffin was great though. And the hot chocolate at the Hilton in the room while a super nice gesture is not drinkable.

Think Twice Before You Book Here!

The room was fine but the service when arriving and throughout the stay was disappointing. We stayed at the hotel in May 2025 and everything was great. This time however was mixed. The customer service was poor, including the a few of the parking attendants, especially the woman who initially greeted us (actually it wasn’t a greeting at all but more like a grilling!) and then the front desk staff was not friendly at all. I will think twice the next time I consider staying there. It’s too bad as I thought I had found a hidden gem for Disneyland trips!

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. One of the best parts is the location—it’s within walking distance to Disneyland, which made our trip so convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This hotel was within easy walking distance to the park. My kids made the walk no problem. It had a nice restaurant, staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and great! Will stay again.

So convenient when going to disney. Location is a mostly shady walk to disney. Breakfast was good. Valet parking so convenient. Only downside is that parking was expensive at $40 ish a day. Everything was clean and modern. I can tell they maintain the quality of their amenities. Internet was fast. Staff were friendly. They also have a store to buy last minute stuff like toothbrush, toothpaste, snacks, water, etc. and a coffee shop where you can order ahead! For the overall price, I would stay here again.
