Perfect stay for a couple touring the city!

Great room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, room was energy efficient. Need to put your key in a slot to turn on the lights and air, and you can take it out when you leave for the day to reduce energy use. It was in a great location close to lots of food and the museums, but quiet during the evening for resting. My husband and I had a blast!

The design and interior decoration was outstanding. There was confusion regarding an extra breakfast charge which I was told would be waived and was not; a request for late check out was offered but declined; the hotel is not as centrally located as indicated on the web page offering. The stay was comfortable and facilities very clean.

Perfect location, quiet residential yet close to all the action. Staff is very helpful, the room although small it accommodated 4 people. The only puzzling thing is the toilet bowl, we managed to work around it. We will come back again.

Rooms were a little small for the 3 of us but we made do. Staff were very nice and helpful. Enjoyed a drink in the bar on a couple of evenings. Lobby small but inviting with real flowers.
