Beatfull historic hotel in the first row on Alexandria Cornish. No shortage in staff but management seems to be more interested in convincing guests to write a favorable review instead of trying to improve the guest experience by taking care of a few simple attention to details. The guest manager Christina was very helpful but she needs help from the rest of the staff.

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff is very friendly, and every detail of the hotel touches your heart. The view of the Mediterranean Sea is amazing. This wasn't my first visit, and it certainly won’t be my last, God willing.

I was offered 1 of two options too Wise, one was smelly and the other one was in the the second floor. I requested a higher floor for the view, and I was almost ignored. No one tried to give me an update even after they promised to check the availability and let me know. I had to ask every morning and I was told no.

The staff were lovely. We were welcomed with a drink and sweet snack while we were waiting to check in. We arrived very early, but they accommodated us by giving us a main floor room - which was lovely, but quite noisy from traffic, until check in time when we were given a fabulous room on the 5th floor. It’s an old hotel with lots of character. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The breakfast and light dinner options were great and the meals in the cafe were very good - service was a little slow - the violinist was exceptional. I would stay here again.

Hotel next door to a collapsed building, our window overlooked a rubbish dump next to the beach.watch for scammers in reception area, booking a taxi to airport for me ( 3000 EP) I actually got one myself for 650Ep, Would I go back??? NEVER, On the plus side waiters and cleaners work hard .
