Room was just excellent; view, furnture and cleanliness. Hotel facilities also were great; pool, fittness area, resturants. The private beach was really nice place to enjoy the sea and relax under the sun
Simply all is perfect , staff is professional, location is centered , all services are available and perfectly done, house keeping staff are friendly and professional my favorite hotel since the last ten years
I stayed for a one night at the hotel, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Mohammad Saleh was of great help to us. He had a procedure of asking the customers while leaving the hotel if they have their passports and tickets. Our flight was from Cairo International airport, when he asked us I looked at my wife hinting the passports are with her, I was surprised that she looked back at me to indicate that I had them. He suggested to check the room safe, after he arranged the key we went to check the room safe and found the passports their. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and a private beach.
Hotel has sea view, as it located on Corniche, although it is not directly as there is two ways road between hotel building and hotel beach, but this is for all Alexandria hotels. 1st impression I had when entered the lobby is get confused is this really Hilton I get back to double check, actually the bad smell of lobby furniture is very awful. The furniture not only looks old but it's fabrics differently not suitable for wet conditions.
The trainees, and fresh staff of the front desk are trying to be helpful, however, managers who are located in their closed doors' rooms are not good representatives for a Hilton brand, as all the time they have no solutions for any problem. Bellmen, garage service, and room service are really supportive, and professional.
Its my second visit and this place nvr disappointed.. nt the high end service bt a vry peaceful nd comfortable place... vry nice nd professional staff.. just love the stay.. rooms give u the comfort and ease.. prompt response.. can always do better as a property.. needs renovation..
Very good location and great service from the team. I would recommend it for small business trips and small family vacation. Staff are professional and understandable. Room service staff need to be more self aware and customer focus.
The staff especially the front desk manger are the worst ever. Very Bad treatment, ignorance, they do not care. "If you do not like it here YOU CAN LEAVE!." We did not like the room, Very bad location, view, size, we asked for the room to be changed. and the answer was, this is what you paid for, if you need a better room you need to pay more. Especially the front desk Manger, it is the worst ever!. If the manger have been changed to another one " any one from the thousands of HILTON mangers all over the world!. " Especially the front desk manger" This hotel will be a lot better. A clear message of careless. and ignorance, Discrimination!. I will never deal with them again or go there...SPEND YOUR MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE!.
Room was comfortable, but slightly dated. Be sure to ask for renovated room during check-in. Housekeeping did a great job. The key card reader was problematic and had to go to reception almost every day to reactivate the key card. Gym and spa were well maintained, but pool was always full of kids and is a bit small. Restaurants and bars were good and the bar shows football. Staff were all great!
