The property was nicely located off of route 1. The staff are very friendly, and addressed any and all of our needs. Management and staff fully understands outstanding customer service with a smile and professionalism. The manager, I think her name is Milena, gave our 5 year old son a bag of candy and he couldn’t stop talking about her our entire stay. The breakfast service lead by Torrey was outstanding. She went above and beyond what was expected and made sure customers had everything they needed before closing at 10:00 am with a smile. Torrey is the definition of outstanding customer service, she get’s it. Another person with outstanding customer service is Gerri, she also gave a bag of candy to our son. She was so friendly to talk to and has a magnetic personality. Our son thought the Hampton Inn at Alexandria-Fort Belvoir was his personal candy store. We’ve stayed in several hotels in the last four months, and the Hampton Inn ranks highest on our list. Thank you for making us feel special during our 10 day stay. We highly recommend the Hampton Inn at Alexandria-Fort Belvoir.
