Rooms were filthy with stains all over the walls and rugs with black mold everywhere (on lamp shades and curtains above the AC unit). The first room we were provided actually had erotic toys left behind from a previous occupant. The second room smelled of smoke with burn holes in the sheets and a terrible odor in the room. VERY unhealthy living conditions, with trash left in the hallways, etc.
