Only reason we booked this hotel was because of a nice pool and nice hot tub and had great ratings. We got there and it wasbover ran by at least 15 preteens and feces was floating in the pool. We were told pool was closing up soon and wouldnt be open during our duration. The room was fantatstic...but our amenities were not. Such great potential.

Room was a bit dirty, didn’t have a remote for the other television, also didn’t have any blankets for the sofa bed. There was a lot of crumbs on the floor like it wasn’t vacuumed . Bedroom was in good condition, shower was nasty. Window face parking lot on bottom level, can see through curtain. Parking lot lights shine through bedroom, couldn't sleep. Jacuzzi not hot, luke warm temperature.

Bed sheets had what looked like blood stains and lots of foreign hair . Bathroom was naglected with ruster mirror zero air ventilation and lots of white silicone inside shower to try to cover mold in every corner. Definately this hotel needs better maintenance and housekeeping personel.

The staff here couldn’t be nicer - all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is a lot outdated and our room had a few spots that could have been cleaner, but overall, it was a good deal for the price.

The staff were really great, polite, helpful, etc. The bar area was pretty nice. Until I dropped something on the floor & found a chicken wing under the seat that had been there for awhile; along with dust & cobwebs attached to the chairs. Our room was not the cleanest. The lobby bathrooms were trashed and didn’t have toilet paper in one of the stalls the entire time we stayed. The pool area was messy, and the heated pool & hot tub were not heated AT ALL. Overall we probably wouldn’t come back to stay. Too many things wrong with the place.
