Apartamento ubicado en el corazón de la historia, en el elegante y codiciado distrito de Mazarin, famoso por sus magníficas mansiones de los siglos XVI y XVII. Este apartamento, completamente renovado con servicios de alta gama, se encuentra a 50 m del Cours Mirabeau conocido por todos sus cafés, a 2 minutos del Museo Granet, la Iglesia de San Juan de Malta y cerca de todas las tiendas y mercados locales Nuestra propiedad tiene una terraza con vistas a un jardín interior plantado con absoluta calma. Está equipado con un videoteléfono para controlar el acceso exterior, ascensor directo, aire acondicionado. El dormitorio principal está separado con acceso directo a la terraza, incluye un gran armario de almacenamiento, una cama de 160 con ropa de cama nueva y de alta gama. Otras 2 camas son posibles en un cómodo sofá cama en 160 * 190 en la habitación principal. El baño tiene una bañera grande con ducha integrada y dos lavabos. La cocina está totalmente equipada con un mostrador con vistas a la habitación principal, también contigua a la terraza. Un magnífico SPA con piscina cubierta se encuentra en la calle adyacente. El aparcamiento público "Mignet" se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie. El apartamento está ubicado en 9 rue frédéric mistral, esta dirección es conocida porque en febrero de 1891, el famoso pintor Paul Cézanne instaló durante unas temporadas a su esposa, Hortense y su hijo en un apartamento en esta mansión.

Excellent location to explore the city

A small apartment on the second floor with a lift that would suit a couple wanting to walk and explore the city sites. Good local restaurants are nearby as is the very helpful tourist office.

Lovely apartment with everything you might need and in a perfect location. Both the balcony and air conditioning were very welcome as the temperatures were high during our stay.In a quiet area but perfectly placed within a minute of Cours Mirabeau.Sabine was a great host and communication was excellent.

Our second stay in this wonderful, serene pied à terre in the heart of the Mazarin quarter. This home has everything you need for a perfect stay in Aix. An elevator, good air conditioning, blackout blinds and a fully equipped kitchen. A quiet sanctuary barely a minute from the glorious Cours Mirabeau with restaurants, shops, fromageries and boulangeries at your fingertips. We enjoyed several afternoons on the balcony overlooking the garden. Sabine is a gracious, helpful host. Thank you Sabine for another memorable visit!

Wonderful, tranquil location.

Located near everything that the center of Aix-en-Provence has to offer- shops, restaurants, museums, Cours Mirabeau. The apt is lovely and feels spacious. The terrace is a highlight with a garden and all the birds. I recommend this apt and would gladly stay again.

Absolutely the best location. Apartment is perfect for 2. Close to the restaurants and all the interesting back streets that are good for exploring. Also walking distance to local train station. Quiet building with elevator. We enjoyed our stay in Aix.

Magnifique Aix en Provence

Great location, amazingly quiet and so close to the beautiful Historic Centre. Hard to fault at all. Perhaps a more comfortable bed would see all ratings 5 . We had a small communication hiccup at the beginning with the Host, which she soon rectified.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Easy to walk around then come back to rest before going out again. We had a relaxing few days in Aix & would stay here again.
