Toit Vieil - Terrace with stunning view over Aix rooftops

Charming, fully renovated apartment in the historic centre of Aix with a loggia (covered terrace) overlooking the rooftops of the city of Paul Cézanne. The atypical configuration of this accommodation plays with volumes and split levels, in a cosy loft style.

Ideally located a stone's throw from the town hall square, it is a perfect pied-à-terre for enjoying the city centre: shops, market, bars, museums, everything is within walking distance !

Our 56m² accommodation consists of:
- a living room with a sofa bed, a bar counter, a piano and a guitar for artists
- a fully equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy the sunsets while preparing your dinner with the plancha grill provided
The air conditioning is only in the living room, there is a fan in the bedroom.
Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).

On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):
- Washing powder and cleaning products
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Note for the elderly or families with young children: the apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift.
