I didn’t like that the sheets and the pillow cases looked dirty the bathroom had no shampoo conditioner and no towels we had to ask for the essential in the front desk no safety box no iron where available. So I give it 1 star

The hotel room didn't even had any towels to start with... The room was not comfortable at all even thou they a have a good building new... But they're not taking care of it at all not the rooms or the guests. Never staying here again or anyone of my staff Thanks

Lau incisivos Excelente! Trato del peroba claro y muy amable. Los ubica detalles es el fuerte olor a drenaje q sale del baño. Y que se desprogramaba las llaves y tienes a bajar a recepción para re programarla.

El desayuno bastante bien, lo único que me faltó fue un poco de frutita, pero por lo demás, el restaurante limpio, las personas que atienden mega increíbles y amables. La habitación está bastante bien, limpia, el colchón cómodo, buena ventilación y luz. Lo único que no funcionaba al 100 fue la regadera, sí sale agua caliente pero como que está medio tapada y no sale uniformemente. El personal de recepción también muy atentos y amables
