I visited Aguascalientes's for the first time. The location is far from the Fair (Feria), but a short cab or uber ride will get you where you need. The hotel was nice. The pool was clean and maintained. The staff was polite. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. The dinner was good but if you are at the fair you have so many good options. They have an outdated playground but it kept my 4 year old entertained. Across the hotel is a shopping center within walking distance which was nice to go to. Room was clean and comfy.

Good service, clean and pretty good installations. They have a swimming pool ( a must in Aguascalientes) and Jacuzzi. If you don't mind to stay a little bit far from the historic downtown and San Marcos festival this is the place.

The Los Trojes Hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from Altaria Shopping Center which is the most popular shopping center in Aguascalientes and there is walmart supermarket nearby. The hotel consist of a 2 story building with a pool in the back side of the building. The lobby is spacious and clean and has good service. Breakfast is american style breakfast wihich is above average with different varieties of dishes to choose from. I still prefer the Marriott Hotel breakfast which is more expensive, but excellent in quality, especially their ham is great!!! The rooms are of standard size and good for business traveler, but for a family of 3, the beds are a little small to share with a child. You should ask for a folding bed for your child, but you need to confirm this with the hotel at the time of making a reservation at this hotel. Overall rating is above average. I have stayed 3 times over the weekend as I drove my car from Zacatecas to Aguascalientes which is about 1hr. and 15 min. traveling around 120 kilometers per hour on the federal highway. I recommend this hotel for travelers.

This is a nice hotel for a business trip, as it has all you need (e.g. iron in the room, early breakfast, good internet connection). Additional facilities include an outdoor pool and a gym. The breakfast is very complete. The only negative point is that the rooms can be somewhat noisy, especially when the guest next-door uses the shower.

I've stayed twice and loved it both times. The staff was great, they always made us feel welcomed. The rooms are kept clean and tidy. The pool and surrounding grounds are kept up immaculately. I visit the city once a year and I will definitely stay here whenever I visit.

Friendly staff, easy check in/out, excellent buffet breakfast selection. Rooms were clean and spacious (was in a double bed). In good location of town with access to restaurants and mall across the street.

The location is good across from a nice mall. The overall presentation of the hotel was that of a holiday inn, though the service was below par. I stayed for two nights, the first night being okay. The second night I changed rooms from a double to a king (which i had requested for my first night, I checked in at noon and the kings were not yet ready which is understandable). Outside my room the second night there was something that sounded like a hotel airconditioner that was running, the vibrations from the machine was rattling something above my closet. I was unable to fall asleep. By 230 in the morning I dressed and went to the front desk to let them know about the noise. They said thank you, someone would be there shortly. After waiting 45 minutes, I fell asleep sometime after 3 with my clothes still on waiting for someone to come check on the racket. I woke at 530 the noise still going on. In the morning when i went for breakfast I passed the front desk and let the person behind the desk know about the experience, one of the managers behind the desk fumbled around in a drawer for a minute and pulled out a sheet of paper for me to ¨review¨the hotel. At breakfast i filled in the little round circles and made my complaint in the box in the bottom. Never an apology or a desire to see what was making the noise. Though the price was reasonable for the location and the room i doubt i would stay there again.

When I travel, I try to immerse myself in the culture of the area that I am visiting if possible. Las Trojes is a good hotel with a strong Mexican feel. The rooms have been all redone in the last couple of years and are quite satisfactory. There is a beautiful heated swimming pool that is impeccably maintained. The breakfast is good but the evening meal selection is not so great. There is free internet and it is quite good. If you have disabilities, make sure that you get a ground floor room since there are no elevators to the second floor. There is a ramp up but the ground floor would be a better choice. Friendly staff, quiet atmosphere. I recommend it.

My sister and me decided to hold our kids's Baptism reception at one of Las Trojes"s halls, since her in-laws had stay at the hotel and gave nice reviews from it. We did all the reservations over-the-phone, and one day before our event met with several of the staff members to ultimate details: decoration, selection of tablecloth and chair's covers colors, menu, and color of cake, as they suggestion of DJ! We were so pleased with every service, and have a very nice time at our reception while another group held their event outdoors and were struggling with the heat since it was a very hot summer day of April! Right after the party the staff took the cake and food's leftovers to our suite, so the party continue a little longer with the close family! Our suite has the bedroom and bathroom separated from the living/dining area which were spacious and neat, both areas have slide door to the garden/pool area, so it was a nice green view, and easy access next day to enjoy the refreshing pool's area where we ordered and enjoyed milkshakes! We had breakfast/brunch at the Hotel restaurant, and liked the selection of homemade juices: guava, orange, papaya, as omelets to the order, chilaquiles, sopesitos and other traditional mexican plates. And at dinner once again we enjoyed of the menu's selection: Aztec's soup, and a selection of salads, meats, and desserts! Therefore, we were so pleased with the Hotel's installations, service, and location, just across from the mall to one side and to the other side the shopping center. We were so glad we decided for Hotel Las Trojes over Marriott, which is obviously newer, modern, and for that expensive! They used the same rates as in the USA's locations!

Hi, first I give all of you an apologize for my no perfect English. But is more useful. I went the past weekend to Aguascalientes and we lodged in Las Trojes hotel. All was very nice, the room was so clean, the rest room had bathtub and all perfect. The service was cordial and all their facilities were available. I travel with my wife for an event with many friends, it was the perfect place. If you don't want take lunch there, in front of the hotel exist a shopping mall that has many restaurants, It could be better and cheaper.
