My family and I went to Mexico for my grandmother's 90th birthday, and everything about my first visit there and the hotel made everything so grand and awesome. No complaints minus the fact that we were not told about adding the key/card into the elevator to get access to our floor, but other than that, amazing staff, amazing stay, amazing time! Thank you, Marriott!

Was great, sunday brunch delicious, rooms very clean and comfortable

The frong staff need more training. It took so long to check in. There was no instruction on wireless connection. Wi-fi was very unstable. If there is another 'western style' hotel, I would not stay here.

Is new hotel , clean with friendly people , near a shopping center , for me is the best in Aguascalientes

This hotel is outstanding in most ways as my previous review from a year ago states. The suite was excellent, the staff great and the food adequate. However since our last visit, Marriott has adopted a new policy effective January 2014 that requires guests to pay what I consider to be outrageous fees for in-room WiFi on a per device basis. Its free in the bar and lobby but in your room where it counts the fees are wild. As a frequent business traveller I expect reliable and secure WiFi service to be included as part of the hotel infrastructure similar to water and air conditioning. I'm sad to see this airline type mindset designed to generate incremental revenue take hold in Marriott Hotels. There are other quality hotel chains in Mexico such as Quinta Real who include WiFi in their room rates and so moving forward I intend to show them my loyalty. Until now I always enjoyed the Marriott experience but this new policy is too much of a revenue grab for my liking.

The Marriot in Aguascalientes does an excellent job caring for business travelers. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff truly cares that your stay is an excellent experience.

Great Place to stay. Great Dining, Great Bar, Great Atention

Very nice hotel with world class accomodations. Nothing that you would expoect to find in Aguascalientes. Most of the staff were very helpful, but sometimes too intrusive. Rooms are perfect with amenities and comfort.

The Marriott in Aguascalientes is a very clean, nice hotel to stay, whether you need a room for a night or a week. The rates are very reasonable and the rooms are very clean. The bed is more than comfy! The rooms are very well decorated (this hotel is only a few years old...I saw it being built). The staff is very friendly. This was our second time staying (just my husband and me) and expectations were meet each time. The exective lounge is a very nice feature that they have. The hotel is located right next to a good-sized mall and near lots of commerical locations. Easy to walk places. We will be returning in the future for our overnight getaways to Aguascalientes.

The Hotel is one of the nicest and newest hotels in Aguscalientes. Unfortunately the staff is no well trained . We arrived at the Hotel at 11:45 in the morning knowing that our room could not be ready because check in time was at 15:00 hrs. , we were able to chek in at that time but as expected the room was not ready, we were told to come back to get the room key at 13:30, so we did, but then the told us to come back at 14:00 for the same reason, housekeeping had not make the room. We came back at 14:00 and again the room was not ready, I the complained, but the staff was very rude and told me that check in was at 15:00 hrs. , they should have told me that from the beginning and we could have gone some where instead of wondering around the hotel lobby, specially when you have two kids. We decided to get out of the Hotel for lunch, came back at 17:00 hrs and the again the Front Desk told me the room was not ready. At this point I was very upset and asked for the manager. For some unknown reason instead of letting me talk to the manager I was told the room was ready. Upsetting spending a good part of the day waiting for a room. The room was good and clean, at check in we asked the front desk for a roll away bed and the agreed that the bed would be taken to the room. After about an hour we called guest services and the knew nothing about the extra bed. And the we where told that the extra bed would not fit in the room, I then insisted (had to talk to 3 diferent staff members) and they agreed to send up the bed to see if it fitted, not before telling me that I had to pay extra $25.00 USD for it. When the bed finally arrived it fitted perfectly beside the room window. I did not thonk the charge was fair because my reservation had a promotion that stated third guest free. I decided I could fix that at check out. In the mean while my two kids went down stairs to use the Hotel Pool, not long after the left they came back claiming that the pool area smelled like sewer or excrement. I could not believe my ears. I went down to check this out and just at opening the door to the outside the odor was terrible. We forgot about swimming, and were told that because the Hotel is located next to dairy establishment that process and sells milk and milk products the smell was not the hotels fault and we alse were told tha the bad smell did only happen during the afternoons and we the wind blows towards the Hotel. We did not use the restaurant so I have no comments about it, the Lobby is very nice and modern and location is excellent. One more issue; the doors to the connecting room are not very good sealed we could hear our neighbors conversation and probably they could hear ours. At check out we had to pay for the roll away even after sending the my reservation by email from my phone. They claimed they did not have it. I did talk to a Manager, but she refuse to take the charge of stating that the roll away was one thing and the extra person something else. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone specially because of the bad odors.

since it openned i have stayed in this hotel for its business amenities. overall excellent business hotel. spacious rooms. at times staff may be a little sofocating trying to give service and assistance. still kinks on the bill, corrections at check out and check in. you need to make sure you know what you booked in advance, specially using internet sites, because they dont seem to read the fine print. slooow check out, they need to get better. if you request a deletion of an error in the check you need to sign over 3 papers so they dont charge it to the staff.

Its a new hotel in Aguascalientes which was overdue, its business class , everything is new, great food and the lobby, pool area, business center and fitness center (is almost a spa) are all wonderful spacious area both to work and to just enjoy. Although being newly opened some issues arose, like small details on your room service order or simple mistakes, but the staff looks like its really trying and they fix it immediately.
