Average view from our balcony as we were at the side. Looked like permanent residents in other buildings. Shower pressure was not very high. Room was smaller than looked on website and we were upgraded!! No high definition tv, so won't get any channel 7 etc. Need new pillows, so soft and flat. There is a great Thai restaurant downstairs in hotel ,beautiful meals and you get 10% off for staying at hotel. The Lady we had at the reception was very welcoming, greeted us beautifully and was very helpful. So was a couple of nice thing's, but room was very very average.

Check in staff friendly and great thai restaurant downstairs. Room was quite tired and dark, needs maintenance. Laundry operates only during std business hours which is tricky when traveling for work. Easy street parking

Checking in was incredibly easy, the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. More than happy to assist with parking options as the hotel parking was full. We were even offered a different room with a smart tv if we wanted to watch Foxtel as only half of the rooms have been upgraded.

The Soho was in a good location. Convenient and easy to navigate and walk to. Some nice cafes close by including the restaurant next door. The hotel rooms were really clean and a great size! The staff member at Reception (Toni I believe) was so lovely and welcoming. She gave me all the info I needed for my stay. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay again!
