"PROS: Clean room, comfortable bed, mini-fridge+microwave, friendly host, convenient to hot springs pools & state park, good value (at least our room).
CONS: Property is still in process of being upgraded (example: our room had modern amenities, thermostat, and bathroom, but old chipped linoleum(?) flooring, and flimsy room door & lock.
SUMMARY: Clearly a work in progress. But currently worth staying at if you can get a good price."
