Booked a room December 29-31 got a room with a pull out bed for our daughter, those rooms have a fireplace, fireplace didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work, room was 53°. Front desk couldn’t do anything, no offer of changing room, just told us to pull a space heater out of the closet to heat 2 rooms. Asked for extra blankets but they don’t have those! No pool towels for the hot tub so you have to use room towels, but don’t ask for more because the washer is down and they don’t have extra of those either! Shower was full of dog hair. We stayed here a year ago and had the exact same issues, we figured a year later they’d have the issues fixed but nope! It was actually kind of comical, we survived and one room eventually got up to 70° with the space heater, microwave mat or mat not work. Location to the hot spring pool was only good thing about this motel. Maybe make sure your room has heat before hand and bring your own towels and cleaning supplies ….

Room was clean, but the bathroom could use a little more attention. The shower was clean, but had some spots that were missed and build up around the edges and the fan in the bathroom was also was extremely dusty and needed cleaned. Other than these items the rest of the room was great. We always choose to stay at this hotel when in the area.

A very nice place with a great history. Really nice for a 109 year old motel. Not so fancy but everything you need. Beds are great, at least I thought so. Staff was very friendly.

Air conditioning did not work, had a temporary portable unit in the room nd the exhaust hose continued to fall off creating hot air in the room all night. I would have to get up and try to fix it with tape that they provided. We barely slept from the constant noise from the unit as well as it not providing cool air
