It is by far the nicest hotel in Thermopolis. That doesn't mean much. Lots of history in this place, rooms were roomy. Carpets are disgusting. There was a pair of tweezers left in the bathroom, so obviously didn't get cleaned very well. Pool was drained and hot tub looked gross. I'm sure we'll stay again but only because there are no other options. For $200 a night it's WAY OVER PRICED.

The room was nice, but the a/c didn’t work. Clearly the management knew, because there were 2 fans in the room.

This is a nice hotel - clean, large rooms, great breakfast. I love the location in the park.

Interesting, historic property

Beautiful area. You must feed the goldfish! The room was nice but the sheets and bedding were not clean.

Booked a king room - was told it was flooded and was given a tiny room barely large enough for a single double bed.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years and always enjoyed it in the past. This will be the last time. It is way over priced and run down. The mattress is sway-backed and past needing to be replaced. The hot tub was dirty.

We liked being so close to the hot springs and being able to soak at the hotel instead of using the public facilities. We got a room with a king sized bed and a hide a bed for 4 adults. The hide a bed was horrible: old, stained, and lumpy. We had to opt for an extra room right away because of this. Very costly and not what should be advertised as a place to sleep. Gross.

Nice older hotel with an excellent location, within walking distance of the hot springs

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast! Everyone was very helpful.

It is on the state property & you can walk to the river & hot springs

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The room and bathroom were beautiful and comfortable. The young gentleman that checked in was very friendly and helpful.

Great location and great staff. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

Best hotel in the area! It is a good value in a beautiful location.

We have been replacing units HVAC units. Unfortunately, they have gone out faster this year than we can order, receive and install them. I hope you will stay with us again.

Good afternoon and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are very grateful to live and work in such a scenic area. I am saddened to hear that your linen was less than spectacular. I will definitely address this with my housekeeping manager. Thanks again and hope to see you again.

I am sorry to hear your stay was not exceptional. I am sorry that you were affected by the maintenance issue we had in those couple of rooms with the break in the water line. I hope you will give us the chance to win you back in the future.
