An error when booking led to me having a duplicate booking 4 rooms instead of 2. The hotel refused to refund despite the error not being my fault. I am not a wealthy person and this has left me way out of pocket. They could of helped but did not. The checking in system was Chaitic when no person on site and having to call multiple times got a code to access the room. The agent did try and help but nothing she could do. Would never book here again. Terrible

We’ve stayed at several places in Thermop. This is by far the best! Cleanest/ most updated for sure. We were downstairs and it was noisy from the upstairs people. But we would definitely stay again- Upstairs!!!! Thanks!!

Elk Antler Inn- Cozy & nice spot!

It’s a very basic room, but it’s all we needed and it was super clean and the check-in was easy and the door lock was great cause you could lock the deadbolt when you leave from the outside. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it’s old school so you just gotta throw some earplugs in and Get some rest. Very good communication throughout the check-in and checkout process. We will be back.

We had a room for a family of 5, on arrival there was a slight smell in the room but everything was really clean and modern so think it was just from carpets. Room was pretty cool with modern decor, Beds comfy, clean bedding and plenty of towels for all of us, small coffee machine , did 1 cup at a time but no big deal, wifi good and a tv with Netflix. For the price we paid we can’t complain as so reasonable and the area of Thermopolis was nice. Any faults would be A little noisy from road with windows open and room was quite warm.

My stay at the elk antler inn was amazing. A very cute room that I felt safe in even traveling by myself. Great location with very tasty restaurants close by. Perfect place to stop when you're in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming

Absolutely loved it here. Can’t wait to come back someday. Town is very beautiful and the room was exactly what I was expecting for Wyoming .Was a great stop on our way to the National parks.
