17. Cliffs of Moher, Ireland
Located on Ireland’s rugged and windswept Atlantic shore, the Cliffs of Moher drop straight off to the sea more than 700 feet below. The dramatic cliffs have been Instagram’s favorite feature in Ireland and are helping to bring new visitors to the Emerald Isle.

16. Kauai, Hawaii
Venture further on your next trip to the Aloha State to what the locals call the Garden Island: Kauai. If you think Hawaii is only beautiful Waikiki Beach, you’re missing out on so much more to explore. If you don’t believe us, go check out Instagram!

15. Cappadocia, Turkey
Images of hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky have captured our imaginations and added another item to our bucket lists. While hot air balloons always make for an epic Instagram, what makes Cappadocia special is these balloons go just about every day and the scenery is out of this world! Bonus ‘gram: one of the intriguing cave hotels you can book here.

14. Morocco
Instagram is helping photo-friendly Morocco to breath new life into 100-year-old riads in places like Marrakech. The precise symmetry of the traditional Art Deco-era hotels is perfect once again on Instagram. Take a look at some of the more interesting riads you can book here.

13. Monument Valley, Utah
Located in the desolate southeastern corner of Utah, right on the border with Arizona, is an American gem that—thanks to Instagram—is seeing a spike in visitors. The middle-of-nowhere “feels” you get out in Monument Valley are hard to top, and the scenery isn’t bad either!

12. Iceland
Everything above the Article Circle is hot this year. If you haven’t made your way to the Land of Fire and Ice, you need book a ticket to Iceland ASAP. A slew of new budget Euro airlines have made it more affordable than ever.

11. Positano, Italy

8. Bali, Indonesia
The past year has seen some of the world’s top Instagrammers spending significant time traveling around Bali. This southeast Asian gem has long been known for its surf, but Instagram has travelers chasing the island’s waterfalls, rice paddies, and small islands like Nusa Penida.

7. Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
Another great trend in Instagram-inspired travel is that it’s bringing us back to the mountains. In North America, mountains don’t get much more epic than the Canadian Rockies, namely Banff National Park. Add some turquoise glacial-fed lakes and you have the recipe for a perfect Instagram post.
