I had a nice stay for just one night, although when I arrived, the consierge asked me to pay the full amount I had already paid. I had to explain to him that I had paid it and show him my transaction history, even though he had all my info. This shouldn’t happen.

This Hotel was assigned to us as part of an airfare package on our Emerald Rhine River Cruise. The hotel was 1+ hours by coach from our disembarkation in Basel. The location was poorly located to the central location for access to restaurants, shopping and meeting points for excursions. The breakfast was 25. Euros x 2 and very overpriced for their offerings. Everything in the surrounding area was closed on Sunday as well as Monday was a holiday therefore we struggled to find a restaurant for dinner including the hotel restaurant which was closed. They should have informed us at the reception checkin on Saturday when we arrived at 9am and could not check in until 3pm which was very inconvenient.
