'Bee' our guest at this sweet, modern one bedroom home. Our home features a large smart tv, Keurig, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven/air fryer, etc. Couch pulls out and can be used as a sleeper. Futon available and located in the bedroom. The house is professionally cleaned. Sleeps 4 guests.
There is plenty of space in front to pull in a motorhome, trailer, 5th wheel, boats, etc. RV hookup available upon request for an extra fee of $30 per night.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

What a wonderful stay. Beautifully set up and super clean.Super comfy bed, ten out of ten, totally recommend. Completely fenced yard was a huge miniature schnauzers loved it we totally felt at home and the cute signs everywhere, including the puzzle in the bathroom, very nice touch.

BEST KEPT SECRET stay in Yuma . . .

I don't want to say how AMAZING it was to stay in this property because I want it to be available for us when we come out. This place is perfect for a solo traveler or traveling with a spouse. Perfect, cleean and delightfully decorated. A MUST stay.
