As always the rooms are clean and service is great. Close to all the things we want to do when we visit Yuma.

Well, the room air conditioner did not work which made it horrible and miserable. There was no cold water at all and the hot water was intolerable to take a bath. The room next door to me clouple complained to me about the air conditioner and the hot water that burned them, on top of that they got locked out because key knob was not operating and they had to switch room.

My wife and I have stayed in many budget friendly hotels/motels and this is our favorite one. It was just renovated and the rooms have plenty of light
