This hotel is close to the highway but I couldn’t hear a thing from the road. Even when outside in the pool area, you can’t hear the traffic. The bathroom is large but the counter & sink are outside the bathroom and the counter is very small. The breakfast could do with a few more options (maybe some cut melon or tropical juice option). The staff are friendly. The pool & spa are delightful. The room was spacious & clean.
We stayed here months ago and had a really nice experience. We are pretty loyal Marriott Rewards members and times like these remind us why. The staff was pleasant, the room was more than accommodating. There was a pullout couch for the kids to sleep and free breakfast in the morning. Yuma is not that large but it was close by to the things we had planned. Even if just stopping off the freeway going east or west, it would be a great spot to stop. There is a mall close by with shopping, restaurants, etc. If you are near Yuma, passing through or it's your final destination, I would recommend staying here.
Marriott's SpringHill Suites are excellent quality hotels for nightly stays. This one was no exception. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location was ideal for our purposes.
Outstanding and impeccable service....Thank you to Gabi, and Eddie for being so helpful and kind. Thank you to Housekeeping accommodating our needs and a clean room. Looking forwa4d to our next stay here in Yuma AZ.
Breakfast bar could improve a little. A extended stay gets a little boring. Every thing was up to standards except the wifi. No option to login for your stay kinda dumb and a little irritating. The motel was clean and the staff efficient. Priced a little high for this do not much business week.
The property was very well maintained and clean. The staff was amazingly helpful and pleasant - one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The rooms were clean and in good condition and all appliances/electronics worked. The breakfast was great and the fact they had some items available for those of us that had to leave early (4:30 AM) for work made it even better. We stayed there 3 weeks and I never had any complaint about the service or the friendliness of the staff. I will definitely try to stay there again on my next trip to Yuma.
I work for a Marriott hotel and I will say that this hotel represented very well. My wife and I decided not to sleep on the family's couch and instead we enjoyed the room at the Springhill. The temp outside was over 100 degrees and the AC was very welcoming. Bathroom small, but otherwise the room was very nice. The breakfast in the a.m was very good, but they need to add another waffle iron. Can't hurt to put a second one out. I commented on how soft the scrambled eggs were. Not easy to do when you microwave them. The gatehouse lady had it mastered. Nice job. Thank you also to Eddy the AGM.
I thought my room was really clean. I didn't hesitate to sit on any of the furniture in the suite area. Everything worked, including the shower, fridge and air conditioner, which I thought operated at an acceptable noise level in the middle of the night. The property was nice and clean, and it's a smoke-free, which I liked. The only negative was the people above me were noisy and there was a lot of banging on ceiling. Next time I will request a top floor (I was on the first level). Otherwise, the property was nice and peaceful. The place is far enough away from the freeway (I-8) where I didn't hear any traffic. So yea, I'd stay at Springhill Suites again.
Great room with high ceilings, separate seating area, work desk, mini kitchen area (mini fridge, microwave). Great breakfast. Great pool and hot tub. Great beds. Great staff!.. Conveniently located close to tons of places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
Springhill Suites are consistently good places to stay and this one in Yuma was no exception. The rates are reasonable. The rooms are top notch. The service is excellent. The staff was very friendly. Everything is the room was in good working order. The room was clean and comfortable.
